The Standard Battery Pack for Thuraya phone contains 2 Lithium Ion cells in series, protection circuit & temperature sensor, as well as 4 battery contacts. It has a minimum capacity of 650 mAh, and it weighs approximately 60 grams. The typical lifetime of the battery pack is 500 charge/discharge cycles, and it can be charged within two hours of time.
