packages provide the following additional services for 2 years:
- 2 year warranty with FREE two way shipping worldwide wherever DHL
can reach (UPS for USA) (Instead of standard Manufacturer's warranty of
1 year and shipping not covered)
- Call Back requests for support (No Phone Support possible without
support package)
- 1 business day email replies to support requests (Instead of 3
business days)
- 30% discount on IT support @ 60$ per event (Max 1 hour). Includes
1 FREE event. (regular price is $90 event Max 1hour)
NOTE ON IT SUPPORT: This is a best effort service, if we do not have
direct access to the terminal and computers we cannot guarantee a
resolution of the problem.
