About Us


XSAT (www.XSATGLOBAL.com) is a USA based company registered in Peachtree City (Atlanta), Georgia. Besides Atlanta, XSAT maintains offices in Miami and is affiliated with XSAT FZE in Dubai and XSAT India.

XSAT's mission is to provide telecommunication services to companies and individuals located and operating in remote areas. Main activities include provisioning of Mobile Satellite Services (Thuraya / Inmarsat / Iridium / GlobalStar).

THURAYA
XSAT became one of Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Company International Service Provider in December 2002. The main advantage of the Thuraya phone is that it can be used in a GSM network (Voice and GmPRS), yet links automatically to satellite mode once outside the GSM service area, giving the subscribers the flexibility of enjoying seamless and uninterrupted connectivity. Thuraya's specially designed accessories allow users to access Thuraya's satellite services in indoor surroundings, cars and boats.

TRACKING SERVICES
XSAT is a Value Added Reseller for SkyBitz. XSAT offers SkyBitz remote asset management solutions. SkyBitz provides remote asset management solutions based on advanced technology that are ideal for commercial and government organizations with requirements to track and manage assets and cargo with continuous visibility and high security. With this partnership, XSAT is able to provide additional solutions for complete asset visibility to its customers. In addition, our company also provides the XSAT TRACK solution for the Iridium 9575, Iridium based tracking beacons, and Fleet Broadband terminals. For more information visit www.xsattrack.com.

IRIDIUM
XSAT was selected by Iridium to become a global service provider for the full range or land and maritime satellite telecommu-nication services provided by Iridium. Iridium is the only company providing truly global data, internet, tracking and voice services. XSAT sells and provides Iridium support 24/7 through its international offices.

INMARSAT BGAN
On April 2006, XSAT became a service provider for Inmarsat BGAN Products and services. BGAN targets mobile users who need reliable access when working in locations where the telecoms networks are poor or non-existent. The key benefits include global coverage, simultaneous voice and broadband data, highly portable and totally flexible solutions.

XSAT has developed its maritime operations by supplying oil rigs and maritime end users in Africa, the USA, France, the Netherlands and the Middle East.

VSAT
XSAT has been providing VSAT solutions to the oil and gas, and yachting industries since 2006. Our company focuses on high quality personalized service. We combine the cost effectiveness of VSAT along with the reliability and ease-of-use of inmarsat fleet broadband systems. XSAT maintains an oilrig trained and certified technical team in Dubai to service its customers 24/7.

GLOBALSTAR & SPOT

XSAT has been selected to be a Distributor of GlobalStar products and services. The include satellite phones and tracking devices as well as satellite pagers. GlobalStar is on the verge of finishing rebuilding their satellite constellationThey are currently set to start global operations by end of 2012.

GSM
XSAT's Dubai based operations have expanded their activities toward the GSM corporate user market by partnering with Du Telecom, the second UAE Telecom Operator. This expansion has proven successful and has allowed XSAT to establish a stronger presence in the corporate users market in the UAE.

BLACKBERRY SERVERS
Through a joint venture with Steel Cloud, XSAT has been granted the license to develop the UAE and Indian markets for Blackberry corporate servers. This has led to the creation of XSAT India in New Delhi.

Shipping Information:
Orders usually ship 3 business days after the payment has cleared. Overnight orders are possible and ship withing 1 business day or less (contact us for emergency requests)

Customers outside the USA are responsible for all taxes and duties.

We ONLY ship to billing addresses, unless the alternate address is a verified PayPal address, you are a confirmed returning customer and for small orders below 200 USD.

XSAT USA LLC is not liable for the shipping timings and delays, this is of the responsibility of the courier company selected.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are made in the form of merchandise credit and all costs related to restocking, shipping, handling and credit card fees are deducted.

Returns can only be done upon approval from XSAT USA LLC. A return reference number must be provided; goods returned without authorization will be sent back or ignored. All goods must be sent back within 7 business days, in original and undamaged package. Products that require activations or that concern account crediting {Airtime} cannot be returned. Processing time for returns can take up to 21 business days.

Orders can be canceled, as long as the order has not shipped. All costs related to the cancellation (if any) will be deducted.

What are your shipping options?
We ship with UPS ground, UPS 3 days, UPS 2 days, UPS overnight. DHL is available upon request.

When will my order ship?
The order ships within 1 day (for expedited shipping) or 3 business days (UPS ground and international). After the payment fully clears (up to 5 days for international payments).

Can I ask for emergency shipping?
Yes, we offer customized shipping services. Contact us for more details and a separate quote.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship goods outside the USA. However the customer is responsible for clearing all goods and paying all related taxes.

Can I purchase airtime from XSAT USA LLC?
Yes, we can provide airtime and subscriptions for all the goods we carry.

How can I check my order status?

Are the products under warranty?
Yes, all our products are under warranty. Should there be a problem, you can ship it back to XSAT USA LLC (ask for a return reference code) at our cost (for the USA only).
